It all started when…
Forest Brokerage Advisers was started by Warren and Rhonda Forest in 1991.
Warren has been in the securities industry since 1983, and has held several principal licenses including Financial and Operations Principal, General Securities Principal and Municipal Bond Principal. He was president, chief financial officer, and chief compliance officer at self-clearing, large regional, and third-party provider firms.
Rhonda has an in-depth knowledge of the securities industry. She has worked with numerous clients over the years in assisting them with their registration and compliance issues. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida with degrees in advertising and psychology.
As consultants specializing exclusively in securities issues, they have enabled many to achieve their goals. Their clients have ranged from small Broker/Dealers to subsidiaries of money center banks.
In 2009, Warren and Rhonda founded Broker Dealer Place (BDP) to enhance our assistance to clients. BDP matches buyers and sellers of Broker/Dealers, RIA's and assets.
